How Team Coaching Works

A pair of trained team coaches develops a customized coaching plan, based on the needs of the team. Team coaching unearths unhealthy communication patterns, interpersonal conflicts, and silos, enabling teams to work through issues effectively together, with expert facilitation. Team coaching is delivered in a safe and confidential environment where leaders and their teams are encouraged to take ownership and discover solutions, shifting their focus from the individual (I) to the collective (WE). Team coaching is available for different types of teams, from a pair of leaders to a larger team unit.

Pairs coaching is available for two leaders who are new to working together or who are experiencing challenges working together.

Team and Pairs Coaching is typically conducted via Zoom with some in-person opportunities available. A team coaching engagement includes three or four 90-minute sessions over a two-to-four-month period.
