Learn more about the history of the UI campus and its rich architecture during a bus tour hosted by UI senior vice president and university architect Rod Lehnertz.
Our trip through campus will include facts, stories, and trivia tied to Iowa's 100-plus year-old historic buildings and the wide range of architectural gems that help make our campus one of the most diverse and interesting in the country.
The tour will start on the north end of the Pentacrest, between Jessup and Macbride halls.
Date: June 19
Time: 10–11 a.m.
Host(s): Rod Lehnertz and Kathleen McDonald
Location: The Pentacrest, just south of Jefferson Street, between Jessup and Macbride halls. We will board our Cambus at this location.
