Simulation in Motion - Iowa (SIM-IA) is a mobile education program designed to bring state-of-the-art clinical education to pre-hospital (EMS) and hospital professionals throughout the state using human patient simulators and trainers.
By using mobile simulation labs (trucks), SIM-IA delivers high-quality, evidence-based education to health care providers who may not have opportunities to attend simulation training due to cost, distance, or coverage.
This tour includes a walk-through of the truck, explanations of the equipment, and how SIM-IA works in communities across Iowa.
