Hiring Tips
Faculty search committee members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Path to Distinction. In addition, they should review the Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC) Recruitment Manual to become familiar with the UI’s search process, equal employment opportunity/affirmative action (EEO/AA) guidelines and best practices and relevant university policies.
