Working at Iowa Survey Ambassadors are staff and faculty volunteers nominated by their unit's leaders to serve in this important role. Survey Ambassadors play a key part in encouraging colleagues to participate in the Working at Iowa survey. They help by making sure everyone in their unit is aware of the survey and feels motivated to share their thoughts.
Role of a Survey Ambassador
- Complete one virtual Survey Ambassador training module (approximately 10 minutes).
- Explain/communicate the survey’s importance to colleagues.
- Disseminate survey outreach materials.
- Answer questions or refer to Working at Iowa team.
- Answer questions and provide reassurance regarding the confidentiality of Working at Iowa responses.
- Encourage all employees to complete the survey; work toward a high response rate.
