MindFALL Minutes

Join liveWELL for MindFALL Minutes, an online mindfulness program with simple practices to help you savor the season. This three-week challenge program runs from November 4 - November 24, 2024.

How do I participate?

  • Register for the program through MyLiveWELL Portal.
  • Download and print the MindFALL Minutes gameboard.
  • Navigate the maze and complete various mindfulness tasks that take one, five, or ten minutes or more. The color of the pumpkin shows how long the activity will take.
  • Submit weekly bonus codes, included in the weekly emails, to earn liveWELL Points.
