Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac Rehabilitation is for individuals who need to reduce cardiovascular risk factors such as obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol through a regular and tailored exercise program.

UI Health Care Diabetes Clinic provides medication management and nutrition management, monitoring, and several treatment options.

liveWELL offers a year-long Diabetes Prevention Program, free to faculty and staff with an elevated risk for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.
