Jovana Davidovic is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Iowa, where she also holds a complimentary appointment at the Law School and the Center for Human Rights. Jovana is also a Senior Research Fellow at the United States Naval Academy and a Chief Ethics Office at BABL AI, a research consultancy that deals in algorithmic auditing and AI risk assessments. Her research focuses on ethics of AI, organizational ethics, military ethics, political philosophy, and international law.  Jovana's publications have covered a wide range of issues including algorithmic ethics, AI auditing, humanitarian military interventions, displacement in war, ethics of collateral damage, and international humanitarian and human rights law.
