Known for her humor and “keeping it real” approach, Courtney designed the Slingshot25 change model and The Change Course, developed to help leaders, change managers and HR professionals improve their ability to influence, take care of people, and take action during change. As IPEC certified coach, she has found a sweet spot in helping individuals with career transition.  

Her expertise and reputation has given her the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses around the U.S. to effectively operationalize large and small-scale transformations, including organizational restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and IT system changes.
