Patti spent 25 years as an executive guiding the people strategy through massive growth, from 250 employees to 8,000, and massive culture change, yellow pages to digital marketing.  She saw people at their best and when they struggled the most, and occasionally found herself in those situations, as well. In 2016 she took that experience and started her consulting business, with a focus of inspiring and guiding individuals and teams to be their professional best through executive coaching, succession planning, employee engagement and communication strategies.  In 2020 she published a book that hit Amazon's #1 Best Seller List, Discovering Job Joy; Your Guide to Stretching Without Snapping, the topic of her presentation.  

During this keynote workshop, she'll help each participant discover their innate talents and motivation and how to use this insight to have joy, both personally and professionally.
