For over twenty-five years Roxanne Erdahl has been on the forefront of the coaching and team 
building industry. Drawing from her background as an entrepreneur, coach, and consultant for 
small businesses, not for profit organizations, and teams, she specializes in re-energizing and 
inspiring individuals and groups, allowing them to reach their full potential.

Roxanne provides her clients the opportunity to shift their perceptions through use of curious 
inquiry, measurable goals, and accountability, that enables them to overcome adversity in these 
difficult times. Her diverse commercial experience and her intuitive ability to understand the 
impact of conversations both personally and in organizations are critical for those clients who are 
motivated to go to the next level.

Roxanne has been a member of the BBERG team of worldwide Facilitators as a Certified Daring 
Way™ Facilitator since 2013. In 2018 she was chosen to be one of the first Dare to Lead™
Facilitators. These Certifications allow her to bring this powerful work of Dr. Brené Brown to 
both intact teams in organizations as well as individuals from all backgrounds coming together 
to move from a place of armored leadership to daring and wholehearted leadership.

Roxanne is a member of and certified as a (PCC) Professional Certified Coach through the 
governing body of the International Coaching Federation.
